Thanks for this comment Nick. The thing wrong with the sentence written above is that when you rewrote it you wrote causal. You also wrote critic instead of critique. That’s ok, ritards are welcome here. We spell things wrong all the time, no biggy. We know a lot about food, we learned from this top chef!
