Laguna Beach

Oh my lasagna! Quaint, fresh, tasty, and brilliant are all words I would use to describe this by the beach Italian joint. It’s homemade secret…the lasagna. Made with  a yummy meat sauce and fresh pasta, It’s retarded good. Although it takes about 30 minutes to bake and prepare, it’s well worth the wait so get your order in quickly if you’re in a rush.

If you aren’t going to order the lasagna because you’re trying to cut carbs to reduce the size of your stomach, get the fish. The owners only get the freshest fish in town and there is little to go around the restaurant so don’t go too late if you want one of the better pieces.

Wow Factor: The Lasagna

Before you order your lasagna or fish,  get the carpaccio, filet bruschetta, or clams in a spicy red sauce as an appetizer. If you are in laguna and want great Italian or some very fresh fish, go to Rumari’s. Do not go to that cheesy, creepy, mediocre spot Ti Amo just because it looks nice on the outside. If you found this post to be short don’t worry, we will be back to Rumari’s shortly.
